Any LightBurn that can import an SVG file (File → Import). We use LightBurn 2.1 in our own shop. The app does not install or change LightBurn.

Any laser LightBurn can run. The app only makes the SVG file; LightBurn sends it to your laser. Pick a plaque width that fits your bed. You set speeds, powers and modes in LightBurn as usual.

Click 24" or 36", or type any width in inches or millimeters (30, 30", 762mm). The height follows the plaque shape. A 24" USA plaque is 15.189" tall.

Three: the USA, a Straight Flag and a Tattered Flag. You can switch between them at any time, and your design stays.

No. It makes an SVG file, which LightBurn imports with every part on its own layer color. You set Line, Fill or Image, speed and power in LightBurn.

Logos we publish for everyone who uses the app. They show up in your library by themselves, sorted by branch (Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, National Guard) and by kind: emblems and seals, unit patches, badges and tabs, rank, MOS insignias and artwork. MOS insignias for the Marine Corps are included.

The app checks for new logos when it starts, every 15 minutes while it is open, and when you click Check now. Offline, it uses the logos it already has. A plaque keeps the logos it uses.

Yes. Click Import and pick an SVG, PNG or JPG file, or drop files into your library folder (Documents\USA Plaque Designer\Library by default). Pictures need at least 1000 pixels on their longer side. A plain background around a logo is made see-through for you.

Your own logos stay on your PC. They are never uploaded to the shared library or anywhere else.

Yes. Choose a synced folder with File → Choose Library Folder…. Every PC that points at the same folder sees the same logos, and you can add logos from your phone. Set the folder to stay available offline.

Yes. Every logo is in the exported file with its engraving and its cut line, so in LightBurn you engrave it on the flag, cut it out to glue on, or both. In the Finished view and in proofs, each logo shows in Color (a glued-on piece) or Black & white (burnt into the stained wood).

56 fonts in 40 families: small caps, stencil, slab, serif, sans, condensed, script, blackletter and display. You can add your own TrueType or OpenType fonts.

You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. There is no account to make. Your key is emailed to the address you give at checkout. We never see your card number.

Use the resend form with the email address you bought it with, and we'll send it again.

No. Your plaques, logos, exports and settings stay on your PC, in the folders you choose. See the privacy policy for what the key server keeps.
